Simon, Inc. is a locally owned and operated exterior cleaning and post construction cleaning company founded in 2018 and backed by more than 10 years’ worth of industry experience. We primarily cater to clients all over West Michigan.

The Family Behind Simon, Inc. 

Our founders Brennan Simon and Kaity Simon have been in the cleaning industry for more than a decade now. Apart from exterior cleaning, and construction cleaning, they also have experience in various home improvement projects. 

In 2018, however, they decided it was high time to start their own business. Simon, Inc. was born out of the need for better-priced, higher-quality cleaning services from personable, friendly staff. Our goal was, is, and will always be to provide home improvement and cleaning solutions that’ll leave our clients satisfied.
